SCAN is seeking volunteers who either have a disability or have had experience of the problems that people with disabilities regularly have when they need to use a Blue Badge space at supermarkets or other car parks but find that spaces have been taken by vehicles NOT displaying a Blue Badge

The Disabled Motoring Organisation runs annual surveys across the UK under their BayWatch Campaign

SCAN plans to run similar surveys, initially at local (Borough) level
